Fresh Tomato Open Faced Sandwich


Left work and went home early; feeling horrible… sore throat, dizzy, coughing and feverish… got home about 2:30 and went right to bed.  Hubby on dinner duty tonight.  Brought me up a tray consisting of French onion soup (frozen and purchased at Metro) and an open faced tomato sandwich using tomatoes that were given to him from an Italian lady while he was working in her area today.  


Cut 2 wholewheat bagels in half and toast to your preference

Combine and place on each bagel half
- 1/3 c mozz cheese
- ¼ c cream cheese
- 1 T mayo
- ¼ t dried dill

Top with sliced field or heritage tomatoes, sliced red onions and Parmesan cheese. 

Yum!
