Hubby on dinner duty tonight; wanted to use up the last of our home grown tomatoes so he made BLTs on garlic bread. Perfect Pub fare!
Toasted garlic bread
Spread mayonnaise on one side
top with fresh spinach
fresh tomatoes sprinkled with salt & pepper
Bacon
place another slice of toasted garlic bread on top
slice in 1/2
Mmmm good!
