Easy Peasy! No excuse not to make something nice for yourself when eating alone! I served with simple green salad.
4 oz salmon
2 t teriyaki sauce
2 t sesame seed dressing
1 t chives (fresh)
¼ t ground ginger
Coat both sides of salmon with teriyaki mixture; set
salmon aside at room temperature for 30 minutes or in refrigerator for 1 hour.
Preheat broiler. Place salmon on a broiler rack or in a
baking pan, and broil 4 inches from heat until cooked through, about 4 minutes
per side.
(INGREDIENT SWAP OPTION: Substitute other fatty fish,
such as tuna steaks, for the salmon if you prefer.)
