night out! Dinner with Sherry, Maria & then off to a community
theatre production. Looking forward to getting together; of course there
will be wine and we will raise a glass to Lou whom was a good friend to us
all. What a better day than on his birthday? Couldn’t have worked
out better if planned :)
Dinner
was amazing! Evening was a success even if the show was a “bomb” but
heard it was better than Matilda :)

Main was the star of my show!
Grilled steak with grilled tomatoes on tofu ranch
dressing. Yes, that’s right tofu! Could not even whisper the word in front of
my husband for fear he would decline to eat on “principle” alone. Do not skip.
This dish was amazing! With the chili spiced bread crumbs; every bite
was a different taste sensation; Restaurant/fine dining quality. I give this dish 5 stars!
