Served
New Year’s Eve along with fortune cookies I bought at the bulk barn. Had enough to pack 2 servings in aluminum
trays and carried over to neighbour’s house for their enjoyment wishing them a
happy new year! It really felt like
authentic Chinese takeout.
Served with purchased egg rolls and enjoyed with friends over a glass or two of wine. Dish was so filling no other sides were
needed. Later we all broke open a fortune cookie to see how we would all fare for the coming year!
